What are the common causes of eye infections?
Eye infections can be caused by many things including, plant matter from gardening, trauma, contact lens wear, foreign bodies e.g metal or building materials, and known inflammatory or autoimmune conditions.
Some symptoms of eye infections include but are not limited to; pain, reduced vision, redness, photophobia (sensitivity to light), discomfort, itchiness, and watery discharge.
