Insight Eye Surgery aims to be transparent with our fees so you know what you are paying for. We do not charge you extra fees for imaging and we will be clear with you if further treatments or ongoing appointments need to be charged.
Insight Eye Surgery provides a full and open estimate of fees before any procedure. There are numerous treatment options for people without health insurance.
If you cannot see the fee you are looking for, then please give our friendly staff a call.
Consultation Fees
Our standard consultation fee is $300.
This is inclusive of all necessary onsite, ophthalmic scans and imaging.
If you have Medicare, there is a Medicare rebate of $86.15 on the consultation fee with a current referral from your Optometrist or GP. We process this for you when you pay.
Please note that private health insurance does not cover your in-clinic consultation fees. Patients without Medicare will be required to pay for scans and imaging.
Patients with eye conditions requiring ongoing review will be charged at a lower rate for subsequent consultations.
